Am I having a miscarriage?

I am 10 weeks pregnant and I have been bleeding. It started after a day of heavy clear discharge, then this evening every time I wipe my tissue has thick red blood on the tissue. I have had no cramping and still have my other pregnancy symptoms. Has anyone else experienced this and had a healthy pregnancy or is this a misscarriage?

I have my first appointment with the midwife tomorrow. It was meant to be weeks ago but the midwife kept pushing the date out and I feel hopless especially if it gets cancelled tomorrow as well.

I am not sure if I am in the right place to ask this question but I would love some advice please. Anything would help
