PSI Exams testing failure(s)

My second attempt at taking the Iowa Real Estate Exam, and phhtt. Grrr

The first time they has my name as Chris. But my drivers license says Christopher. Sorry, can't take the exam!?! Say WHAT

They had all my information. But the proctor from India or wherever wouldn't let me take the test!? 🤦 Support got it ok'd. But I had to reschedule. AND PAY AGAIN?!

This last time their systems said I had inadequate bandwidth - 0Kbps. LoL

Their support couldn't fix it.

NOW I am faced with having to pay for the exam a THIRD time. But will it work....?

Unreal. What can one do!?!
