Haze around edges at Max zoom

I have a fairly new PTZ Optics 20x NDI camera. Works great except at / near max zoom levels. The closer I get to max zoom, a white haze develops around the lower left and right corners.

Anyone else seeing this? Not having much luck with Google search results.
