Tinny Sounding Songs

Hey, All,

Recently made the massive upgrade from an old Numark Mixtrack to the Performer. I keep running into an issue, which I’m unsure if it’s an issue or a learning curve I’m behind.

Some of the songs I play sound tinny. I can’t replicate it well via video, so I’m sorry for the lack of examples. That said, it’s most noticeable on rap songs and their vocals. Maybe it’s a setting I’m easily overlooking? Any help is appreciated.
