Do online meetings work?

I’m really struggling with acting out sexually. I cannot get a handle on my behaviours and it is starting to run the risk of destroying my life.

Unfortunately I am not able to go to a meeting locally (the only meeting in my country) because I know someone who attends and it wouldn’t be feasible to attend meetings with them.

Is it possible to tackle this through online meetings? Also, if anyone would be willing to sponsor me, I would be interested in taking about this. I can’t live like this anymore.
