Travel Pre Requisites

Hey everyone, I'm starting my journey in SPD this month. I got hired at a local hospital. I was wondering if someone had any experience with obtaining a travel position before they completed their 1st official year of working. Like have you yourself, or do you know anyone who has gotten a travel contract like at 7-11 months. If so , what did your resume look like? any additional certs needed to be obtained? I appreciate the response in advance :)
