Easiest way to get SED/IST GE credit?

I'm not a science major, and I need one more science class to fulfill my GE's. It needs to be either an SED or an IST. I already did an intro to BIO class so it needs to be from a different department.

I'm just looking for the easiest SED/IST available at St Olaf. Advice?
