Mission Failed + The rage of a brother + The lucky bum
Sung Wu woke up on the cold, hard floor.
Kim Jin looked down at him.
"What happened. Why did you try killing them?"

[Busan]
Alexai and Jinsol walked together, as Jinsol yawned and trudged along. She swayed from side to side as he followed her.
"No." he pulled her away from a pole.
"Woah." he grabbed her away from a bike.
"Easy there." he hoisted her up, as she leaned on a bus pole, slowly slipping down.
"Careful." he caught her by her shoulders as she almost rammed her head into the lift buttons.
They both trudged into the house, with Jinsol slamming herself into the bathroom.
"DON'T FALL ASLEEP IN THE SHOWER, WOMAN!" Alexai banged on the door.
"Uggh... alright..." a meek reply came from inside.
Eventually...
"This sleepy girl... I even had to push my skincare routine back!" he said, looking at her sprawled on the bed.
"Hmph! I guess I'll have to eat on my own!"
"..."
"Eat food! Yummers!"
"..."
"Alright. Have it your way."
Alexai draped a blanket over her and slinked away.
"Well... I wonder what's on the TV..."
Ding Dong!
"Who's there?"
"mi."
"Y-you?! How... are you here?" Alexai screamed, opening the door.
"I run," the boy said, looking straight at him.

"Wait! I need to eat dinner!"
"Oh? Wat fud?"
"Shrimp Fried Rice."
"Sh-shrimp fry rice?"
"No, I did."
"Alek, fry rice."
The boys looked at one another.
"You... want some?" Alexai asked.
"Ye."
Later...
"Now that we're all nice and full... we should get ready to fight!"
Alexai yawned, stretching his limbs with the grace of a pampered cat.
Kang In didn’t wait for a countdown. He lunged forward with the force of a charging bull, aiming to slam Alexai straight into the wall.
"That's weak!"
Alexai twisted away mid-air, planting a foot on Kang In’s shoulder and vaulting over him. He landed with a smirk, brushing imaginary dust off his sleeve.
Kang In spun around, not missing a beat, swinging his arm in a wide arc to catch him, but Alexai was a blur. He ducked. Slid. Hopped backwards with a lazy grace.
"Oh?"
"Over here!"
"I'm here!"
The taunts flew like arrows.
Fast, sharp, unrelenting.
Alexai weaved through Kang In’s storm of punches and kicks with maddening ease.
Each strike met only air, as Alexai danced just out of reach, shimmying left, juking right, spinning out of grasp like a ghost with rhythm.
Kang In growled.
Alexai grinned.
The air pulsed with energy, their footfalls creating a rhythm, a beat.
The fight hadn’t even started, and already the air was electric.
"Grr..."
[Kang In Cheon's stats are rising!]

[Red Ogre]
[The user’s body heats up and turns red from rage, causing the user’s stats to grow. This may cause the user to grow uncontrollable if he is not careful; the hits leave a burning sensation on the opponent.]
Kang In’s breath grew heavier.
His pupils dilated.
His muscles twitched, twitching again, and then—
BOOM.
Like a furnace lit from within, his body flushed with a molten red hue. Steam hissed from his shoulders as his skin sizzled under the sudden surge of power.
"YUO!"
It wasn’t a shout. It was a roar. A primal bark, guttural and wild, echoing through the open air like a cannon blast.
Then he moved.
Kang In lunged.
Not like before.
No warning, no buildup—just impact.
The ground cracked under his explosive acceleration.
Dirt erupted behind him like smoke from a missile launch.
Grass tore up in clumps, ripped from its roots with every pounding step.
His fists were blurs, trailing heat and fury, painting red arcs through the wind.
Each movement came with the weight of a landslide—wild, reckless, unstoppable.
The pace had changed.
The tempo had spiked.
Alexai’s eyes narrowed, his smirk fading just slightly.
"Well, well..." he muttered, shifting his stance as the earth trembled beneath them.
"Guess it’s time I stop dodging for fun."
However, it remained the same;
The difference in speed was too great.
Alexai moved like smoke—untouchable, intangible, impossible to pin down.
Kang In’s attacks missed again and again, each failed blow leaving craters in the dirt, grass strewn like confetti in his wake.
But did Kang In care?
Of course, he didn’t.
There was no hesitation. No calculation. Just the thunderous rhythm of his heart and the wildfire roaring in his chest.
He kept charging at Alexai like a wild beast, unrelenting, unthinking, unstoppable.
[Kang In's stats have risen again!]

[Last Bastion]

[Target: Jinsol Yuk]
His body trembled—not from fatigue, but from sheer emotional overload.
Heat rippled off his skin like waves off asphalt in the summer. His veins glowed faintly, pulsing red beneath his skin.
His footsteps became heavier. His aura surged.
Something ancient, raw, terrifying began to leak out.
"YUO EVILS!" he bellowed, fury shaking his voice.
Each syllable hit like a shockwave.
He hurled himself forward again, his fists swinging like wrecking balls.
Alexai barely dodged, his smirk now gone, his eyes slightly widened.
Kang In was no longer just fighting.
He was protecting.
And that changed everything.
He kept the punches.
Over and over.
Fist after fist.
Like a storm refusing to die down.
But he knew one thing.
Something he’d never forget.
He had to hide his power.
Not yet.
Not now.
He bided his time.
Waited patiently, like a predator that had learned to play prey.
Until...
Kang In’s fist soared through the air—
A decoy.
But this time... it was the next one.
The real strike.
GRAB!
He caught Alexai—finally—gripping him with all his might.
Seven fingers clenched tight like an industrial vice.
His hands weren’t just big; they were designed for destruction.
A robust physique.
An enhanced MSTN gene, tripling his muscle density.
A walking biomechanical nightmare.
He swung downward, body arching, intending to slam Alexai straight into the earth—no thoughts, no hesitation, just pure, unfiltered intent to end the fight now.
But...
Alexai had other plans.
In a heartbeat—
He stepped on Kang In’s thigh.
Used it as a launchpad.
Tensed his legs like springs—
And with a crack like thunder, snapped his heel upward, driving it straight into Kang In’s jaw.
SMASH!
Kang In’s head snapped back.
His grip loosened.
His eyes went blank.
The beast stumbled, crashing down like a toppled statue.
Alexai landed lightly, brushing his shoulder off as if dusting away the moment.
He looked down, unfazed.
"That was a fun round one..." he muttered, stepping off Kang In—
Just as the red giant began to stir again.
"Let's see... what the beast is like."
[Warning!]

[Ravager]
[The Goemul has come out to play! Decreases the stats of all by 1 stage.]
And then—
the world shifted.
The skies didn’t darken.
The stars didn’t fall.
But somehow...
Everything bled red.
A haze of crimson spilt across the world like a rising tide.
It wasn’t light.
It wasn’t smoke.
It was something deeper. Thicker. A pressure that sat on the chest and clawed at the lungs.
The wind stopped.
The trees went still.
Even the bugs dared not chirp.
And in the middle of it all—
The boy stood silent.
Not breathing.
Not blinking.
Becoming.
An unknown aura coiled around him.
It was no longer mere energy.
It was presence—dense, suffocating... and strangely reverent.
Something that felt ancient.
As if the earth itself recognised what had awakened.
The dirt beneath his feet cracked.
The air around him shimmered with distortion.
The Goemul had shed its leash.
The Ravager had come to play.
And for the first time,
Alexai felt something flicker in his chest.
Not fear.
But curiosity…
And the faintest hint of thrill.
The world seemed to drown in crimson, bathed in a fever-dream glow that blurred the lines between reality and ruin.
The boy stood silent, unmoving—
A statue at the edge of the apocalypse.
An unknown aura unfurled from his body, thick as fog and suffocating.
It clung to the air like incense in a temple of wrath.
Oppressive.
Reverent.
Inevitable.
His posture betrayed no tension, no slackness.
He stood between breath and stillness.
Between man and myth.
Every breath he took was a metronome.
Every twitch is calculated.
Only precision. Only control.
The softness that once dwelt in this vessel—
The joy, the fear, the boyhood—
Was nowhere to be found.
It had been ripped away,
Flayed by something darker.
Something older.
Something primal.
haaa...
A breath escaped him.
Chilling, yet edged with a blistering heat.
It hissed into the cold like the first whisper of a storm,
Wrapping his face in ghostly vapour.
And behind it...
His eyes glowed.
Not with light,
But with intent.
The ground beneath him shattered,
Fine cracks spiderwebbing out like a curse etched in stone.
And his body—
Freed from the grip of emotion—
Stood reborn.

"This is why... YOU'RE SO EXCITING!" Alexai yelled, voice raw with exhilaration—just as Kang In’s massive fist bashed into him, sending him flying upwards like a ragdoll caught in a tornado.
BOOM!
The first strike landed like a thunderclap, shaking the very air.
BOOM!
The second smashed down, cracking the ground beneath Alexai’s feet.
BOOM!
The third struck with relentless force, crushing the breath from his lungs.
Kang In’s strikes finally found their mark, each blow a brutal symphony of raw power, pulverising Alexai with a merciless rhythm.

The wild beast—the unrelenting force of nature—
Suddenly stood still.
Head hung low,
Chest heaving,
Eyes locked onto Alexai with a strange mix of fury and… something else.
A spark.
A challenge.
"LET'S KILL EACH OTHER!" Alexai roared, eyes blazing with fierce delight as the air crackled around them.
And with that, the two collided—
Fists pounding, bodies slamming, a furious dance of pain and willpower, neither willing to yield.
The battlefield echoed with the sound of titans—
Clashing, roaring, burning brighter than ever.
