Confused by wifi settings

It seems there are three places to set various WiFi settings: Tesla Android Settings AutoKit Settings Carlinkit CPC200-CCPA Backstage Settings

If I intend to using 5GHz for Tesla Android I understand that I should set the Carlinkit dongle to use 2.4GHz.

For the 5GHz Pi setting, do I set that in the app.teslaandroid.com/#/settings page and/or the AutoKit settings page?

And for the Carlinkit dongle 2.4GHz setting, do I set that via the backstage interface (after connecting to the dongle’s wifi)?

I see a setting in the AutoKit settings that allows Backstage control, so I’m confused as to what device the AutoKit wifi settings are actually controlling - my Pi or the Carlinkit dongle?
