Virtuo powers down after reboot.

We recently had a Virtuo installed.

Anytime the Virtuo reboots it does so into a power-off mode. It is dark, and doesn't respond to the remote.

We must open it up and hit the PWR button on the I/O board. That does the trick, and it remains fine until the next time it reboots.

Any idea why that is occurring or how to stop it?
