Oil level at upper mark on dipstick; overfilled?

I changed oil before winter to winterize the bike, and pulled it out of the garage a couple days ago. After riding around a bit, I thought it seemed on the low side for oil, so I topped it off.

Checking again today, it looks like I went too far. When I check the dipstick, it is flush on the upper marking as shown in the manual on one side, and slightly past (~1mm) on the other side.

Is being at this level a big deal?
