Venue canceled trivia, feeling defeated

I'm currently at 3 bars, Monday thru Wednesday. I started at my Monday venue about 3 months ago and it's been rocky. They would cancel every other Monday for a private event that they don't tell me about until the morning of. And they never promoted my game in social media. I try to promote it myself but I suck at social media (under 100 followers). This morning they called to say they are canceling all Trivia nights in the future. This is literally 1/3 of my business and it hurts. I'm also always afraid my other venues are gonna cancel on me. I average out 5-6 teams at each venue. Even at one I've been doing for a year I'm surprised there aren't more regulars. I get great reviews and update my social media daily, but can't figure out how to promote it more. Any encouraging words out there? Anyone know of any bars in Jersey or NYC that wanna do Trivia?
