Bmw e30 turbo ??

My dream car is an e30 from 90’s I would like Some advice and idees from you ppl Most of them are old but i like the classic look but don’t like the the fact that the car makes more sorry exaust where I live its A bit of A problem .

And the old cars have a lot of Km’s ont the block Was thinking if engine swapping was good but idk its controversial in Belgium I want to know idk chould but an cheaper e30 and swap it or som more modern and clean And if i would buy an e30 is it good to turbo I love the sound and extra power ? !
