The best email prompt is a real reason
A lot of small-business email gets hard because the owner starts with a format instead of a reason.
The reason can be simple. A slow week. A seasonal reminder. A job that freed up the calendar. A useful answer customers keep needing.
Once the reason is clear, the rest of the note has a job. It should sound like the business, say one useful thing, and be easy for the owner to approve or change.
That is enough for many customer notes. Not perfect. Just clear enough to send with confidence.
