Got terminated but the experience letter shows the end date decided by me.

I expected to get let go of immediately. Instead, my founder gave me two days to process it, then two months of time and salary to find my next job.

I was given chances to prove myself that I feel I wasted but now Claude will do a better job i guess. I expected to get fired immediately. Instead The Founder(also my manager) consoled me.
He said don't feel bad about this and gave me 2 days of time just to think (& maybe relax) and said don't worry you're still working here. 2 days later he gave me an option to serve 2 months notice period and told me to focus on getting another job and prep for it.

Then 2 months went by. Yesterday was my last day.
