Drones for Real Estate Footage

Anyone willing to recommend some good drone options for people starting out filming buildings, landscapes, windy beaches etc?

Looking for something that can stabilize in low and gusty winds, good range and battery life, easy to use. I’ve seen some with headsets, some operated on phone etc.

Any insight greatly appreciated! Price ranges ideally up to 5K but preferably much cheaper if possible. I’m sure none of these requests fit within the several hundred dollar range, correct?
