Covid test “shadow”

I got covid April 2020 in a very bad way. I was lucky enough to have someone there to care for me so I didn’t have to go to the hospital, but if I didn’t, I would have needed it. My throat was so swollen I couldn’t swallow so I just spit in a cup. I couldn’t stand, & the aches were excruciating. It was an awful time in my life where I cried when I was awake and spent the next month sleeping, and that’s not to mention long covid, which lasted about three or four months. I had a positive covid test last week but nobody took it seriously. I went to urgent care to get a proper test done and it was negative, PCR was negative too. When the test came back back negative they acted like I was wasting their time and gave no explanation for the positive test. I’m confused because the symptoms I’m currently having, swollen throat to the point I can barely swallow, aches in my limbs that feel like I broke a bone, it’s so similar. But apparently a positive test doesn’t mean anything, the nurse said “it’s a shadow” What? I work with kids. If this is serious I don’t want to spread it. Why isn’t anyone taking this seriously?
