MarkMonitor doesn't really give a shit about us reporting spammers to them, in my opinion

A Firebase App spammer keeps spamming (or trying to) my email server accounts. I looked up the abuse reporting contact with whois, then sent an email report to them. The replied with, go here https://corp.markmonitor.com/domain/ui/abuse-report and file the report. I did, they made me do the picture matching puzzle thing to prove I'm not a bot, really? Who would be using a bot to report themselves? Dumb.

Then, in addition to reporting the log lines showing the spammer's attempts, I was forced to attach a picture, so I took a screenshot of the exact same log lines I pasted into the text box. Wow, it's almost like they are discouraging people reporting spammers to them.
