If you’ve been around the GLP space for a minute, you already know retatrutide (Reta) is in a different league.

I’ve been running my Reta from NGPeptide.com, and I’ll just speak on my own experience.

For context, I’m 5’11”, sitting around 266 lbs, night-shift aircraft mechanic. Sleep schedule is chaos. Appetite at 2AM is dangerous. Gas station burritos hit different when you’re exhausted. Cutting weight while trying to keep muscle isn’t easy in that environment.

That’s why I started researching Reta.

For anyone who doesn’t know — Reta isn’t just GLP-1. It’s a triple agonist:

	•	GLP-1

	•	GIP

	•	Glucagon receptor

That glucagon component is what makes it interesting. Appetite suppression + improved insulin sensitivity + increased energy expenditure. It feels different compared to traditional GLP-1s.

My personal experience so far:

	•	Appetite control is next level

	•	Cravings are way quieter

	•	I feel fuller faster

	•	Energy feels steadier instead of crashing

	•	Less “food noise” during long shifts

It’s not magic. You still have to train. You still have to make decent food choices. But it makes discipline easier.

As far as NGPeptide — I’ve had zero issues.

	•	Clean vials

	•	Consistent product

	•	Smooth reconstitution

	•	Fast shipping

	•	No weird side effects beyond what you’d expect from Reta titration

I always start low and titrate up slowly to manage sides. With Reta especially, patience matters. Rushing dose increases is where people get wrecked with nausea.

If you’re already in the peptide space and researching Reta, that’s just my honest experience using NGPeptide as my source.

Not medical advice. Just sharing what’s working for me while balancing night shift, gym, and trying to lean out without losing muscle mass!
