LLMO can't follow the SEO playbook of targeting individual topic clusters by semantics

My core idea is that LLMO can't follow the SEO playbook of targeting individual topic clusters by semantics. The point is to first assess the brand's narrative — how the main products and offers are covered in AI-generated responses. Then build a workflow to make that narrative solid: so that AI models can extract all the relevant information on any arbitrary question about the brand.

Traffic from AI models is still low, and conversions in complex verticals are practically nonexistent. So you have to think broader — and our enterprise clients get that.

There are millions of response variations, and you can't prepare for individual questions. You prepare for a business direction, an offer, or a product as a whole.

I measure individual metrics roughly the same as everyone else — brand mentions, citations, etc. — but on top of all that data I run heuristic analysis, looking for specific information gaps and uncovered niche topics for the brand.
