update on my labrador vs. my abusive pyschopath maniac 30 yr old brother

I have every details on my last post already.

Today my brother yet again attacked my dog, i was outside at this moment, my younger sister told me that he threw a water bottle at my dog, grabbed a knife and started trying to attack him

Now, my sister is just 12 yrs old, i guess its just a canon event to watch a blood related brother become abusive within seconds - of course i feel bad for my younger siblings, they dont deserve to see these kinds of things.

my family is financially struggling, my dad lost his very stable income last year and we havent been able to get back up financially, we can't afford to neuter my dog, we also cant even afford to move houses (my dad's new job is at a different region of the country so the travel is abt 2hrs away from home)

My mentally ill pysopathic maniac 30 year old brother lives for himself, he's very disrespectful towards my parents, everyone walks on eggshells when hes around, nobody wants to talk to him, my parents literally argue about who will talk to him. he spills his coffee everywhere, complains when someone touches his condiments, like ketchup, milk, etc. he gets drunk and smokes his cigarettes everywhere and even tho we're family and live under the same roof, he doesnt help out whatsoever, no help for house bills, doesnt even clean his own mess (he is so freaking dirty bro he spills everything and has a freaking foot fungus) oh and i did hate him, but as i tried to become a better person so i dont end up like him, i started to soften up on him and be more empathetic

this family story is long but if you have questions i'll answer them.

he's currently going around slamming things and constantly cussing as i type this out

for outsiders, he looks like a talented person, its so freaking annoying how he acts like a good person to others, puts a mask on for other people

if you're willing to get my dog, and be the new "home" lmk because it is a struggle to find people who would want to adopt a 1 year old dog that has behavioural issues or came from an abusive household.
