The locksmith industry is a lot tougher than most people realize.

There’s a huge lack of trust. Customers often don't know who they're calling, and locksmiths don't always know if the job they're chasing is even real.

One thing we've noticed is that many systems push locksmiths to compete against each other for the same customer. Everyone is rushing to be first, and in the end nobody really wins.

We're trying a different approach with LockUnlocked.

​

On our platform, locksmiths aren't meant to be fighting over the same job. The goal is simple: if you're a good fit for a request, you get the opportunity first. For a period of time, you're the only locksmith receiving that request.

No bidding war. No race to the bottom.
