Got through a 12-hour power outage thanks to a portable power station

We had a power outage last weekend that lasted almost 12 hours, and having a portable power station made a huge difference.

What we powered:

• WiFi router
• Phones
• A small fridge
• Some lights

It wasn’t about comfort — it was about staying connected and not stressing.

Honestly made me realize how useful these things are beyond camping.

Thinking about getting a second unit just for backup.
