Google Health Ruined Fitbit. Class action lawsuit?

This new Google update has actually ruined my Fitbit watch. It no longer tracks anything correctly and my watch has stopped responding correctly on a regular basis. How can Google be allowed to ruin this expensive watch we bought??? This should not be allowed.
