Whats the Best Vehicle for Undercover in ERLC?

I know that some vehicles are better for underciver than others in ERLC becuase they have tinted windows, so players can't see the colour of the nametag, but what is the most unsuspicous but high performance vehicle for police?

For example the Commuter Van on the police team has tinted windows, but it is very low performance.
