Did U.S. Taxpayers *Indirectly* Help Fund MRBEAST’s 100 Hours in the Pyramids?

Alright, hear me out. DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency) just put USAID on the chopping block for setting taxpayer money on fire like an NFT project in 2022. One of their brilliant uses of our cash? Sending $130 million to Egypt to "promote tourism and achieve a brighter, healthier, and more prosperous future."

And now—MRBEAST drops a video of him surviving 100 HOURS inside the pyramids.

Coincidence? Or is this one of those "in the long run, the U.S. taxpayer kinda paid for this" situations?

Think about it:

  • Egypt gets a fat stack of U.S. tax dollars to boost tourism.
  • Not long after, one of the biggest YouTubers on the planet gets exclusive access to film a high-budget production inside the pyramids.
  • His video—literally an ad for Egyptian tourism—drops right as USAID gets its budget nuked.

Not saying MRBEAST personally cashed a USAID check, but did that $130M "investment" help open the doors for this insane adventure?

What do you think? Did U.S. taxpayers indirectly help fund this? Or is it just a wild coincidence?
