**Disclosure:** I work with a B2B casino platform provider, so I’m writing this from the vendor side. Take it as a checklist to use on us or on any other white-label/turnkey provider—not as a recommendation to choose a particular company.

A lot of demos focus on the lobby, game count and branding. The expensive problems normally appear later in licensing, payments, withdrawals, data access, supplier fees and support. Before paying, I would ask the provider to answer these in writing and demonstrate the operational ones live.

1. Which legal entity signs the agreement, and which entity provides the technology and any licence/whitelisting arrangement?
2. Which exact countries can this setup serve? Which are restricted?
3. What must the operator provide before going live—company documents, licence, legal opinions, KYC, policies or payment approval?
4. Is the quoted date for a branded demo or a compliant real-money launch?
5. What is included in setup, and what becomes a paid change request?
6. Is pricing fixed, GGR-based, NGR-based, per transaction or a hybrid?
7. Which game, sportsbook, payment, KYC and other third-party fees are passed through?
8. Can the provider show a complete successful deposit and a failed deposit?
9. How does the ledger prevent duplicate credits when a provider sends the same callback twice?
10. 10.Who controls withdrawals, and how do KYC, AML and fraud checks affect them?
11. 11.What happens if a PSP, onramp, bank, wallet or game aggregator suspends service?
12. 12.Which games and payment methods are actually available in the target market—not just shown in the global catalog?
13. 13.Can the operator configure bonuses, affiliates, content, limits and market rules without a developer?
14. 14.What admin roles, approvals and audit logs exist for sensitive actions?
15. 15.Who owns the domain, brand, player data, wallet records and analytics history?
16. 16.Can the provider export usable data during the demo?
17. 17.What API/webhook access exists, and which plan includes it?
18. 18.What is the SLA for a money-movement incident? Who is contacted first?
19. 19.What happens to player balances, data and the domain if the contract ends?
20. 20.Can the provider supply a current customer reference and a redacted example of its licence/commercial documentation?

The biggest red flag for me would be a provider promising worldwide legality, guaranteed profit, guaranteed advertising approval or an instant launch without first asking about the entity, target market and operating model.

If anyone is currently comparing providers, what question or failure scenario have you found most revealing? I can also share the scoring categories I use: correctness, visibility, control, evidence, recovery, portability and commercial clarity.
