Why so early?

I live in a building where the laundry room is shared, 3 washer 3 dryer. Only 1 of each works well so I wake up early like 5am and go use the room to avoid 2 things: the bad machines and people. Everything was going well when one day I found a person doing the same. I took a break and today, the room was clear. I set up my washer and left to get the 2nd round of laundry when the first was ready to dry. When it was time to be ready, I took the basket to the room and there was a guy, setting up the 2 available laundry machines. Until then it was fine, when I checked my laundry, everything was soaked and I didn't understand wtf happened, so this guy started saying the power went off when he got there (kind of weird) when I closed it back, it started to work again and I told the guy I was going to wait cause I was going to use the same dryer machine I just emptied out. And this dude is sitting there staring at me, that's where I get mad cause he could easily wait outside but no, had to also start a conversation, mind you I already have to talk to strangers for work, when I'm not working I avoid talking as much as I can. So I did everything I could to cut him off cause the subject was toxic. This guy starts complaining about the laundry room like if he is the building's owner, sent a message to the manager that is an older lady, kind of in a rude tone, I don't understand why he did that, like I'm not supporting a man "threatening" an older lady like that, I know she does everything she can to keep the building clean and running, I wouldn't give her a hard time because of a $1.25 cents if the machine doesn't work once. Anyways, once my dryer was done I usually fold everything on the spot but today I grabbed everything I had and left as fast as I could, he even had balls to ask if I didn't leave anything behind, seriously not needed. Why are latinos so annoying about talking to anyone around? Why they can't just say good morning and be quiet? Why the subjects are always toxic? I don't want to hear about your problems at 6am on a Tuesday when I'm exhausted from working a 4 day weekend?
