Clozapine retrograde ejaculation

I am on 250mg clozapine and I feel good however I cant ejaculate and I am planning on getting married soon hopefully. I saw a new psychiatrist and he recommended cariprazine. I was on cariprazine 4.5 mg alone before but it wasn’t enough I still was awkward and had a bit of psychosis. He said that I can have a small amount of clozapine (less than current 250mg) with max dose of cariperazibe 6mg and that will hopefully allow me to have normal libido. Any thoughts/solutions you can add?
