Pumping is shrinking pensi

Every time I pump it feels like its squeezing my penis. Not expanding it. I literally feel it shrinking my penis. Afterwards, the very center of me penis feels retracted and small and the skin around it feels very loose. What can I do?

I feel like maybe my pump is too small and cant allow any actual expansion. Would a bigger cylinder help?
