Replacing laundry room cabinets can be expensive, time-consuming, and completely unnecessary when your existing cabinets are still in good shape.

A simple two coats of **Beyond Paint** can transform outdated cabinets and give your laundry room an entirely new look **without the cost of replacing the cabinets.**

For this laundry room makeover, we transformed natural wood cabinets using Beyond Paint in **Sage, a soft, muted green with earthy undertones.** The result is a fresh, timeless color that adds warmth and personality while complementing the white appliances, bright white utility sink, neutral walls, and brass hardware.

**And the best part? Beyond Paint is an all-in-one paint with a primer, bonder, and sealer so you don't need to strip, sand, or prime your cabinets before painting.**

We also painted the utility sink **Bright White** and sealed both the cabinets and sink with **two coats of Beyond Paint Multi-Purpose Sealer** for added protection.

Let's walk through the transformation step by step.

**1. Clean the Surface**

Thoroughly clean your cabinets and sink with a general degreaser to remove dirt, dust, grease, and residue. Let the surfaces dry completely before painting.

**2. Remove Hardware**

Remove cabinet pulls and knobs if desired.

**3. Protect the Area**

Cover your appliances, floors, and surrounding areas, and use painter’s tape around areas you want to keep paint-free.

**4. Apply Beyond Paint**

Apply Beyond Paint in **Sage, a soft, muted green with earthy undertones.** Apply smooth, even coats to the cabinets.

For full coverage, apply two coats, allowing **2 hours of drying time between coats.**

For the utility sink, apply **Bright White** using the same process.

No stripping. No sanding. No priming.

**5. Seal for Added Protection**

After the paint has dried, allow **24 hours** before applying Beyond Paint Multi-Purpose Sealer.

Apply **two coats of Beyond Paint Multi-Purpose Sealer** to the painted cabinets and sink for added protection, allowing the recommended drying time between coats.

**6. Let It Dry**

After your final coat of sealer, allow everything to dry completely before reinstalling hardware or putting the space back into use.

**7. Reinstall the Hardware**

Once everything is dry, reinstall your cabinet knobs and enjoy your beautiful laundry room makeover!
