The "what do I do next" wall that nobody warns solo founders about

You spend months reading. You finally file the LLC. You get the EIN. The site goes up.

Then comes the part nobody warns you about. The hundred small "what do I do next" questions that aren't worth a lawyer, aren't a Google search, and ChatGPT can't really answer because it doesn't know you filed in Arizona last month, doesn't know your niche, doesn't know you still haven't sorted your registered agent.

Generic AI is great for generic problems. It falls apart the second the answer depends on YOUR specific situation, your stage, and what you've already done.

The only fix I've seen work is a system that already knows your business, your filings, your  stage, and your last completed step. Then "what do I do next" actually has an answer that's about you.

Curious where the rest of you have hit this wall. Do you keep a notebook of unfinished questions? A Discord? A friend who happens to be a lawyer? How are you handling the gap?
