Best places to buy shin hanga prints from original blocks (Tokyo or online)

What are some of the best places to buy posthumous shin hanga prints from original blocks?

I've looked at Fuji Arts which seems good for a newbie like me but for example, a Hasui is in the $400s. This price seems high for a modern print but if not please let me know.

I also go to Tokyo at least once a year so would it be better to buy there? I've been to Adachi Hanga but they don't have shin hanga prints. I see there's a Watanabe store in Tokyo but how do you buy something before it's sold out? Any other places I should check out that's foreigner-friendly without foreigner prices? Or any websites I should check out with reasonable prices? I'm based in the US.
