Uc claim review help

Hello everyone, for a bit of context, me and my partner both claim universal credit, it’s a joint claim, we have been claiming for 2 years now, we have an upcoming uc claim review, or so I thought, on the journal it just states my partners name and not mine, so it says “hi, partners name here we are reviewing your Universal Credit claim to make sure your payments are correct” but it is JUST my partners name, not me, does this mean they will only want to speak to one of us and see my partners bank statements etc? I’m very confused, I’ve been on a fit note for quite some time due to anxiety and depression, they are aware of this, is this the reason why it seems like they only want to speak to one of us? Or is this a genuine mistake? I did see somewhere that they don’t ask for bank statements if you have a mental illness that they are aware of, I don’t have any problem giving them my bank statements of course, im just a little puzzled. Any advice is appreciated, thank you!
