Biggest mistake people make when ordering trophies or awards

I see a lot of awards being ordered last minute and designed with zero thought.

From wrong sizing. Unreadable engraving. Cheap materials for important events.

If you have ordered trophies or awards before, what mistake did you learn the hard way.

This could help others avoid the same problems.
