Do you keep a product-page screenshot with each procurement record?

I am debating whether a URL and review date are enough for a product record, or whether every review should also keep a screenshot. The advantage of a screenshot is that it preserves the exact title and pack information that the team saw at the time.

Using the Tesoro Collagen 2.5ml listing as an example, the volume in the displayed name is part of the identity I would want to preserve. If the page title changes later, a screenshot would explain why an older spreadsheet used that wording.

The downside is file management and version clutter. How do other teams handle this? Do you archive only high-risk or frequently changing pages, or keep a snapshot for every supplier SKU?
