Is it normal that Starting an App takes ~40 Seconds?

I'm using CachyOS Installed Win11 through it, gave them 4 Cores and 12 GB RAM. Everything works fine, but if I start an App under the "Apps"-Section in Winboat, it wait around 30-60 Seconds after Buttonclick, until the App finally opens itself.

After the App-Window is opened, the App itself runs totally okay. Same if I open an App on "Windows Desktop" (Full RDP-Window): Windows Desktop appears ~40 Seconds after I clicked, but once the RDP-Window is open, everything works - until I close it and open another App inside the WinBoat-GUI.

• OS: CachyOS (downgraded FreeRDP, because there's a bug in the recent Version that won't work with Winboat. FreeRDP-Devs are aware of this, as far as I know)
• CPU: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1145G7 @ 2.60 GHz (4 Cores for WinBoat)
• RAM: 32 GB (12 GB for WinBoat)
• KDE, X11 (because with Wayland it was nearly unusable, but I assume it also a FreeRDP-thing...)
