Cooling our wine cellar

We’ve been making, and storing, wine in our basement for decades without issue. This summer, however, the temperature hit 79 degrees down there. So we’re looking at how to keep it a more constant temp. So many ideas online are quite expensive and out of reach. We’re very capable of doing all the work ourselves but would like it to be affordable. Any ideas are much appreciated. Thank you
