Dear Sir or Madame,

can you please provide an update on the timelines Wolfspeed is following, especially to receive CHIPS funding?

Obviously your communication is creating insecurity in the market.

Has Wolfspeed or will Wolfspeed take legal action on behalf of its shareholders on the premarket publication (Bloomberg- got retracted the same day) on April 28 and the after hours publication of WSJ claiming „sources familiar with the matter“ told them Wolfspeed will file for a prepackaged chapter 11 in few weeks. Both publications have been followed by a 50% plus x drop.

Which measures is the management undertaking to preserve shareholder value? Are you contacting institutional investors and or other third parties to tackle the very high short and probably naked short quote?

Did you file or will you file SEC complaints?
