WHV US to Ireland Questions

Hi, I am a 22 year old recent college graduate with both office and customer service experience ready to apply for a WHV to Ireland. I studied abroad in Dublin and absolutely loved it. Due to a very low budget, I am expecting to stay only half of the year long visa, I know this constricts my experience but something is better than nothing!

Looking for any words of wisdom or advice on

1. Short term (cheap) housing
2. Integrating/meeting friends
3. How long it takes to find a job- assuming I arrive mid-January, present myself professionally, and am very proactive about finding work
4. Budget range (if anyone has done this before)
