I can’t find this book

Okay so like two years ago I read this book and I just remembered it and now I can’t get it out of my head. Here’s what I remember

-it was like set in a town -there was a teen drag queen mc -the kind of love interest was a trans dude on vacation at said town -paranormal themed. I think there was like this phone or smth that connected the mc to a spirit trapped in a different time -mcs family was witchy -he would secretly go to a gay club and smoke in his truck -the cover of the book was black and had popsicles on it

And I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction at all lmao
