Slow startup on HP zbook 15 studio g7

I have a HP zbook 15 studio g7 which have the Intel core i7-10850h with Nvidia Quadro T1000 with max-q design and 32 GB of ram ddr4 2933 mhz and 512 gb xg6 kioxia nvme and the problem is that the startup to boot to windows takes a long time I do not why when opening task manager to see the last boot time it is 11.9 seconds which is long I had an old HP mt45 with an OEM SSD nvme 512 Samsung and it boots faster than that in 6.5 seconds and had much lower specs and didn't have a dedicated graphics card only the internet of the AMD Ryzen 3 pro and I have done many solutions with no good I just want a fast boot to windows and I do not know why does it take more than my old laptop how could I solve this and if any one had the same problem please help me to fix this Thank.
