Lying next to you
Feeling your touch
Your warmth
Your love
Breathing in
Trying to etch into memory
As indelibly as you are in my heart
Wishing to stop time
And spend eternity in this moment
I wanted to say how much I appreciate this sub and all the great people who have taken time to give me some well thought feedback on my poetry. I have to admit. I was very nervous about sharing something so personal with people.
