Reccomendations for easy 300 ECET Tech Elect?

I need to fill out one more ecet lvl 300 tech elective so I'm just looking for something on the simple side.

Generally I've enjoyed hands on work, PLCs, and can survive a C++/Python class.

Thanks for any suggestions! Shout out some good profs too.
