My internet went down New Years eve. Only AI computer response from talktalk until 3rd Jan. Got straight through to call centre - booked app't for engineer for next day. No Show! ( We've all heard terrible things about customer service!) Walking down the road this morning I see an Openreach van - knocked on the window and asked if she was coming to me. She said no, not on her list. I went home. She looked up my missed call -phoned her supervisor, knocked on my door and fixed the modem. Yippeee. 105 emails and a premium bond win waiting.
