Can someone help me with my ingame issue?

[Question]

Hey, i have a problem... When i queue up for a ranked game, i find a game and it starts loading. However after about 1/3 is loaded it stops and the page i visited last (i.e. ranked games) opens up again. This counts as a loss. Anyone experienced this problem or has an idea of fixing it?

EDIT: I should add, that this only appears if i play online. vs KI works fine

Tried reinstalling ? Dunno if there is a repair.exe available like for wow, you shoudl take a look :/

Before patch 1.5 there was one, I think in the 'support' subfolder in the sc2 installation directory. That might help if a region switcher messed something up.

Do you have a region switcher installed perhaps? I have had this problem too and it was most likely caused by the Relocalizer I have. Reinstalling solved it.

yeah i guess i have to consider reinstalling, but i would prefer to not <.< I contacted support, and will wait for the answer before though...

same thing happening for me, after it finds a game it starts loading and after a few seconds it just dumps me to the quick match page
