Nebo on Surface Go 3
Hello.
I was looking into Nebo for my Surface Go 3, since it looks very promising.
So I got it and quickly installed it. No problem. But when I open it, there are 4 pages of info before you can start notetaking (which includes sign in for cloud, etc...). The third page of which doesn't load and it doesn't let me continue into the app. I tried reinstalling it several times.
My specific specs on the Surface Go 3 are: 8GB Ram, Intel i3 processor, windows 11
I can't find anything related to it on the internet. I would be really glad if someone here could help me out. Thanks!

I was with the same issue. I contacted the Nebo support team and they provide to me this feedback.
Apparently, there is something with the Windows Store download process, and for some devices to be honest no idea is valid or not.
They mention to me to disconnect my device from Wi-Fi, restart the device, and then try to access the Nebo app once again.
Then reconnect to Wi-Fi once the installation process is complete.
For me that was OK; I arrived to install Nebo.
If this does not work for you I advise that you contact the Nebo support team https://app-support.myscript.com/ and submit a ticket under "My tickets"
