how do i take the gas cap off fully? may be dumb question but it’s crooked and won’t close fully unless u slam it so just wanted to get a better look at it.

I had a 4th gen that also did this. I never fixed it and sold it that way. You might have to replace the door to fix it.

Drill out the rivets

If you zoom into pic #1, you can clearly see the pin in the hinge is bent on the top half. Is there a way to pull that pin out and replace or straighten it?

Just bend it to whatever angle you need. If it needs to go up, pull it up, if it needs to go down, push it down.
