so after owning this car buying a brand new in 2005 the brakes or the axle I don’t know exactly what was wrong with it but they are all broken and I’ve put a lot of money into this car I had to replace the hood and front bumper because of an accident but the tires are original forerunner tires and other than a few dents and scratches it works pretty well. My brakes are feeling really shaky the other day and they have been for a month or so I got an estimate to fix the car and it was $6000 is nowhere near white I thought it would be but the car is not even worth that much not even close. me and my bf have been weird lately and i finally asked last night if there was an issue bc we live together and it has been eating me alive and he told me he hates that i ask if he is mad at me or hates me because it hurts him. he says he feels like he isn’t doing enough as a boyfriend and he feels like i’m always crying because of him. i have therapy tomorrow but i just need something to keep me from freaking out. i don’t know how to stop having these thoughts or how to even control myself from having them and it freaking sucks. kinda a vent kinda just seeking support. thanks

so i have crohn’s disease mainly, and i avoid ibuprofen as much as i can because of how it interacts with my ulcers. i usually take 2-3 500mg acetaminophen to help with any other external pain like cramps or headaches. right now i’m suffering from a cold and cramps and i just took a severe flu daytime medication and it has acetaminophen in it but was wondering if it would be safe to take one for my pain as well? i don’t want to damage my liver but also don’t want to run the risk of stomach damage. thanks to anyone who may be able to help!
