So I'm confused. Does legion time walking need to be on for me to get the fel-bear appearance? Does it need to be legion dungeon time walking, or is there a specific mage tower time walking? or can I go do it anytime? every article is from a while ago, and I can't find a current explanation for 2023. Thanks in advance friends.

since as yesterday (US), mage tower is open forever, until something major comes up.
